Welcome everyone, my name is César, chilean born in Osorno but a citizen of Santiago de Chile. I study Law and Political Science at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. I usually edit in the Spanish Wikipedia, and I'm a member of Wikimedia Ayuda, the Small Wiki Monitoring Team and sometimes I do translations for Meta.
