I get my accounts of Wikipedia for refuting anti-Japanese fabrications. But I haven't argued or edited the ones about political issues here. Seeing the news Chikungunya in Réunion, 77 are dead on 2ch, because a chat friend of mine lives there, I got interested in it. And I registered this account for writing the translation of the same news article in French: 186.000 cas de chikungunya à La Réunion.
On IRC, you can see me as Emmanuel_Chanel. When you see me as Emmanuel_ChanelJ, I cannot read letters with UTF-8 encoding but with iso-2022-jp(JIS) encoding.
